Welfare Association

Vidyut Utility Welfare Association is a charitable society without the object of profit making and shall operate and render services throughout the state of Haryana. Its main objective is the welfare of the electricity consumers of Haryana. The association has been established to facilitate the removal of all types of problems faced by electricity consumers on a day-to-day basis. We are committed to providing electricity consumers with efficient, transparent, and responsive services to enhance their overall experience and address their unique needs. These services typically include:

Connection Management: Assisting consumers with new connections, transfers, and adjustments based on changing needs, such as downgrading or upgrading capacity.
Billing Support and Transparency: Ensuring clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand billing. Consumers have access to their billing history and can easily resolve discrepancies or get clarifications on charges.
Grievance Redressal: Providing a streamlined complaint system to resolve service issues, billing disputes, and other grievances swiftly, including dedicated helplines and online complaint portals.
